| In the summer of 2002
Willis Yoder, CAI, and Leroy Yoder decided that
their company, Yoder Brothers Auctions, could
use a cashier trailer as a more efficient means to serve the buyers
and sellers attending their auctions. Willis Yoder
contacted his friend, Delmar Rheinheimer, who
has many years of experience as a production manager for several
major recreational vehicle manufacturers in the area. They discussed
the requirements of building a trailer, the various options available,
and the design features that would best represent the professionalism
of their company. The trailer was built, and that was the beginning!
When other auctioneers saw the cashier trailer, they were
impressed and interested in knowing more about the manufacturer.
This reaction inspired both Willis and Delmar to seriously consider
forming a company to manufacture both cashier trailers and truck
toppers for the auction industry. In planning to start a manufacturing
company, they felt it was very important to custom build each
unit to the buyer’s specifications, and pay very close attention
to quality and detail. Actual production for Kuntry Kustom
RV, LLC began early in 2003. As the year progressed,
units were shipped to auction and real estate companies across
the U.S. and to Canada. Each and every buyer has always expressed
great satisfaction and excitement about the product they received.
As an Auctioneer, Willis has the following credentials:
Member IN. Auctioneers Assoc., Nat’n. Auctioneers
Assoc., MI. Auctioneers Assoc. (lifetime member), & Auction
Marketing Institute; graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering
1991 & CAI 3-yr. course for professional auctioneers 2002;
past director MI. Auctioneers Assoc. & MI. State Champion
Auctioneer 1997. His extensive experience and knowledge,
combined with Delmar’s thirty years of recreational vehicle
production expertise, has resulted in the development of a successful
company.
